California GOP officials send email portraying Obama as Chimpanzee

Recently a Tea Party activist has made a joke of Obama by sending an email with a photo depicting President Obama as a chimpanzee. And for this reason civil rights activists and some Republicans in Southern California are calling for the immediate resignation of a GOP party official and that activist.

The picture depicted that the face of Obama over a baby chimpanzee in the arms of two adult chimpanzees that were marked as a human mother and father. Moreover a title was also given to the picture, “Now you know why -- no birth certificate!”

Marilyn Davenport, a member of the central committee of the Republican Party of Orange County, has sent the email to her fellow committee members. But she has denied that she won’t give her resignation.

She has sent a letter to fellow committee members; apologizing if her email has offended anyone. She said she found very funny regarding the character of Obama and all the questions surrounding his origin of birth. She had no intention to offend anyone by sending such email.
