National Park Service Offer Free Admission on Tuesday
On Tuesday, the National Park Service will be offering free admission to more than 100 national parks that usually charge entrance fees. The fee-free day is organized by the National Park Service to celebrate the first day of summer on June 21.
The free list of National Park Service includes many popular parks such as Grand Canyon in Arizona, Yosemite and Muir Woods in California, Rocky Mountain in Colorado, Everglades in Florida, Yellowstone and Grand Teton in Wyoming, Acadia in Maine, Cape Cod in Massachusetts, Arches, Bryce and Zion in Utah, and Shenandoah in Virginia and many others.
Other fee-free days offered by the National Park Service are September 24, which is known as Public Lands Day, and November 11 to 13, which is known as Veterans Day weekend.
These national parks are quiet popular among the people as they offer a break from the crowds. Long drive across the parks provide several great viewing spots, clean air and scenic views. During the fee-free day a large number of people are expected to visit these parks to explore the natural spots.
