Phil Spector

On Monday a Californian has appealed the court to uphold the conviction of legendary music producer Phil Spector.

He has been jailed for two years in charge of murdering an actress at his Los Angeles mansion in 2003. Recently a board meeting of 2 judges at California's 2nd District Court of Appeal has refused a claim.

The claim was that the trial jury should not have heard testimony from five women who were related to gun incidents involving Spector.

The judges have said that the data has showed that, the man was full drunk and faced with a lack or loss of control over a woman who was alone with him.

She had a romantic or sexual interest and the Spector underwent a sharp mood swing.

The judges has also rejected the debate that actress Lana Clarkson was sad and perhaps killed herself with a gun at Spector's home.

They have given the importance to evidence from her mother. Her mother has suggested Clarkson was hopeful about the future.

Finally at last the panel also concluded the trial court did not violence its discretion. The panel has also admitted the evidence to prove "Clarkson did not die by her own hand."
