Washington Seems To Win Its Eight Consecutive Game
It seems that Ryan Zimmerman has become a lucky mascot for the Washington Nationals. Since his inclusion in the team, the Nationals have managed to win all four games and all six since he started batting at eighth slot.
Just two more wins and the Nationals will have reached a .500 record this late in the year for the first time since that inaugural season.
Well, the scene was not the same most games during April and May as the team struggled to score even four runs, added Manager Jim Riggleman, “We had no chance earlier in the year”.
Paul Ryan Counter Attacks New Medicare Plans
House Budget Chairman, Paul Ryan could be seen in a new TV ad released today, counterattacking the new Medicare plans. In the ad, Mr. Ryan says, “Washington has not been honest with you about Medicare”.
The ad demonstrates that Ryan’s plan would not affect seniors, who are currently receiving Medicare or those 10 years away from retirement. It focuses on people who are under the age of 55, at present.
Rangers Bench Andrus for His Energy-Less Performance
Rangers’ Sunday's 6-1 loss to the Twins at Target Field really upset many in Washington and in the list was also the Texas Rangers Manager Ron Washington, who was majorly upset with the poor performance Andrus, who ended up with two major errors in the game. Shortstop Elvis Andrus wasn't also happy with two plays that he didn't make in the seventh inning of 6-1 loss under which the two errors that he ended up with were: he's batting .275 so far this season, seven points above his career average. He's hit three homers and driven in 28 runs.
IMF Candidate Has to Wait Until Next Hearing
According to the sources, it was found out that the French Criminal Court will decide on 8 July whether a probe should be launched on the accusation of the Finance Minister Christine Lagarde’s case. Ms Lagarde accusation was that she was campaigning at the International Monetary Fund.
The Court de Justice de la République reported that it had designated some magistrates to overview the accusations and make recommendations for decision that has to be taken in the month of July.

Signs that the U. S. economic recovery may be stalling have changed the tone of recent budget negotiations in Washington and are likely to increase the divide between Democratic and Republican lawmakers in the weeks to come.
New government data released on Friday showed a meager jobs gain of just 54,000 in May as well as a recent drop in consumer confidence and a slowdown in manufacturing.

The nation celebrated its 10th anniversary; the event took a rejoicing turn with the death of the Osama Bin Laden, the man behind the 9/11terror attack. The event was organized in memory of the dead and to pay attribute to the ones who came forward to help people, at the break of emergency.
Washington bank shut down this year-FDIC
On Friday U. S. authorities have increased its total number of foreclosures in 2011 by closing a Washington state bank. It has made a total number of closures to 44.
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp has said that this is the first Heritage Bank in Snohomish, Wash which is closed by the state authorities.
On the other hand on Tuesday there will be the inauguration of five branches of First Heritage. This will be similar to branches of Columbia State Bank. The depositors will automatically become depositors of Columbia as stated by the FDIC.
Workers' compensation settled
There has been a proposal for renovating Washington’s insurance system for injured workers and lower its costs which is yet to be finalised. On Saturday the agreement was in its final stage. The proposal was for reducing the cost by $1.25 billion by the year 2015.
There was a budget agreement between the Democrat-controlled House and Senate.
